Our story
Fat Dwarf started with a simple idea: to create better tabletop gaming accessories than the ones we could already find.
As passionate hobbyists and gamers, we wanted accessories that were practical, durable and genuinely useful during a game—not flimsy products that looked good in photographs but failed at the table.
We began designing items for our own games, improving each version through real play and feedback from other players.
What started as a small collection has grown into a full range of gaming and hobby accessories, including battle trackers, dice trays, wound counters, card holders, terrain templates and painting tools.
How we work
Keeping our design and manufacturing under one roof allows us to closely control quality, quickly improve our products and respond to what players genuinely need.
Every product begins with a genuine need we have encountered during our own games, painting sessions or hobby projects.
Our products are manufactured in-house, giving us close control over their quality, finish and reliability.
We refine our designs, invest in better equipment and develop new products based on real feedback from players.

I’m Luke, co-founder of Fat Dwarf. I design our products, build and manage the website, and work alongside my brother Tom to manufacture and develop everything we sell. Together, we create practical tabletop accessories designed by gamers, for gamers.

I’m Tom, co-founder of Fat Dwarf. I run our laser cutters and 3D printers, oversee production and manage the day-to-day business. I work with my brother Luke to ensure every product is made well and every order runs smoothly.
